All donations made through this portal are voluntary contributions to support the Temple Of Shame Academy, a training academy for women interested in female domination practices. Donations are non-refundable and are made without expectation of any goods, services, or benefits in return.

3. No Goods or Services in Return
Donors acknowledge that:

No goods, services, or benefits of any kind will be provided in exchange for donations
Donations are purely voluntary and support the operational costs of the academy
The academy is not obligated to provide any acknowledgment, recognition, or benefits to donors

4. Non-Refundable Policy
All donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be reversed or returned under any circumstances.

5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a donation. By donating, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

6. Payment Processing
All donations are processed through secure third-party payment processing partners. 
CKRF and the Temple Of Shame Academy are not responsible for any errors, or issues related to payment processing.
Donors are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and complete when donating.

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Making donations using fraudulent payment methods
Attempting to charge back donations after they have been processed
Using this donation portal for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

8. Limitation of Liability
CKRF and the Temple Of Shame Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this donation portal or from any donations made.

9. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may collect minimal information necessary to process donations and comply with legal requirements.

10. Modifications to Terms
